We operate every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Emergency radiology is available in select branches; please call the hotline for confirmation.

Some tests require fasting (6–12 hours), such as lipid profile and fasting glucose. Your doctor’s request will specify this, or you can call us to confirm.

Results can be received in person, through email, or via WhatsApp. For imaging studies, a radiology report (PDF) and images are provided.

Yes, home sampling is available in many areas. Book by phone and our team will schedule a convenient time.

Most lab tests are ready within 24 hours. Some specialized tests and imaging reports may take longer depending on the case.

Yes. Our staff is trained to handle pediatric cases and we use appropriate protocols to ensure safety and comfort.

We accept cash, major bank cards, and in some branches mobile payment. Please call to confirm availability.

We work with several insurance providers. Bring your insurance card and approval letter if required. Coverage varies by plan.
